Caryn Ward also known as “Caryn your neighborhood agent” is an experienced residential and commercial real estate consultant. She has several years of experience in the areas of residential and commercial loan origination, property management and financial services.

Her career history spans across sales, asset management for delinquent residential loans, REO properties and retail banking industries. She prides herself with bringing her hard work ethic and excellent customer to her clients while providing them with smart solutions. She has an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies. In her free time, Caryn enjoys working with the community organization Hands on Broward to volunteer on various projects as well as with Broward County Public Schools.

She continues to grow herself within the industry by partnering with JM Padron and The JM Team at The Melissa Miller Group brokered by EXP Realty. In addition, Caryn is a Certified Commercial Practitioner with plans to pursue the prestigious CCIM designation.
